Drip Coffee
Standard Drip Machine
- Grind: Medium
- Ratio: 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 oz. of water

Steps:
- Add a coffee filter to the basket.
- Measure and add ground coffee.
- Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water.
- Start the machine and wait until the brew cycle is complete.
French Press
French Press
- Grind: Coarse
- Ratio: 1:15 (1 gram of coffee for every 15 grams of water)

Steps:
- Heat water to 200°F (just off boil).
- Add ground coffee to the French press.
- Pour hot water over the grounds, saturating evenly.
- Stir gently and cover with the lid (don’t press yet).
- Let steep for 4 minutes, then press the plunger slowly.
- Pour and enjoy.
Espresso
Espresso Machine
- Grind: Fine
- Ratio: 1:2 (1 gram of coffee for every 2 grams of water)

Steps:
- Fill the portafilter with finely ground coffee.
- Tamp the grounds evenly.
- Lock the portafilter into the machine.
- Start the brew cycle; aim for a 25-30 second extraction.
- Serve immediately in a preheated cup.
Pour-Over
Pour-Over
- Grind: Medium-Fine
- Ratio: 1:16 (1 gram of coffee for every 16 grams of water)

Steps:
- Place a filter in the dripper and rinse with hot water.
- Add ground coffee to the filter.
- Bloom: Pour enough water to saturate the grounds and let sit for 30 seconds.
- Slowly pour remaining water in a circular motion.
- Wait for the brew to finish and serve.
Cold Brew
Cold Brew
- Grind: Coarse
- Ratio: 1:5 (1 gram of coffee for every 5 grams of water)

Steps:
- Add coffee and cold water to a jar or French press.
- Stir to ensure all grounds are wet.
- Cover and refrigerate for 12-16 hours.
- Strain through a fine mesh or filter.
- Serve over ice. Dilute with water or milk if needed.
